Sigma HTS LLP is a sprawling nine acre heat treatment & forging plant located in the Saraikela Kharsawan District of Jharkhand, India (19 kms from Jamshedpur). We are a professionally managed ISO 9001 – 2000 certified company with a state-of-the-art facility for the forging, ring rolling, machining & heat treatment of automotive components & rail application parts.
We are also the leading manufacturer of rings & rollers for multiple applications due to our strengths such as total automation, timely upgradation and seamless integration of facilities and processes. We manufacture rings & rollers using world class ring rolling presses and cold formers, that are able to meet stringent demands of our discerning customers as well as competitive international standards.
Our organization is complemented by a vibrant and talented workforce, powered by creativity & a passion to excel, making us powerful players in the heat treatment & machining segment. To utilize technology to its best, we have also invested in industrial robots, built a state-of-the-art metallurgical laboratory & developed a highly qualified and trained team of technical personnel.
